Please check to see that you don't have any impossible or unreasonable "Ratings Options". You can see the link for this just above the alerts tab.
An example of impossible ratings: Minimum rating +200; Maximum rating -200.
If that's not the case, please post here.
When I start a game, for some reason I never get a match. Just the spinning thing on the page. Anyone have an idea?
