Yeah I don’t really like ai if it can be done easily by humans.
CC support has become so bad, AI bot doesnt even answer

i did it and the game disappeared. i only have 1 review though per day and they cant force me to use it just to get rid of that game?!

a lot of companies have installed AI bots for customer service. all it does is cost a lot of nerves without ever solving an issue. chess.com used to have a brilliant customer support, but since the implement of a bot it is rather useless to reach out for help. i just tried to figure out why a finished daily game can still be seen in my current games, the AI bot doesnt even answer. nothing!
