it also happened to me a lot, all you have to do is play one game, then accept the challenge from the titled player

I recently came back to this site and I created this account yesterday.
When I saw a titled player wanting to play from the pool I can't accept the challenge, or a player with any type of membership either. This message shows "Challenge failed. You are unable to challenge Titled and other protected players until you have played more games."
The same happens after I try to challenge any titled player or a player with any type of membership. It fails and gives me this message.
I can play titled players etc, but only if I add them as friends which gets annoying after awhile as I just wanna play the pool sometimes.
I got my rating to 2575 bullet and I got to wait like approx 10 mins before I get a game cuz my challenge doesn't show up to any titled players.
I know this message occassionally pops up when you have won several games in a row and whenever I lose a game I can play titled players again, but this doesn't seem to be working now.
I've never had this problem before when using the site, if anyone could give any information about this and help me i'd be very grateful.
