Challenges not working

Sorry, I accidentally hit submit and I'm unsure of how to delete the thread. Anytime I'm creating a daily challenge, it does not seem to be working. I've created challenges with an open rating range, just to test this and they've been available for over 12 hours with nobody accepting it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

I have a profile name that is incorrect...I can not change it....this is my 3/4th request.

Hey all, we're aware of this and working now.  Can you guys let me know if you're using IOS, Android, or if you're on the website?  I may message you all with a request for more details.

I was able to get a game started last night by using the web site. I only had the problem with the IOS app. This morning I was able to start a 60 minute game on the app with no problem, so maybe you've fixed the problem. - Thanks!

Trying to sort out the issue... I just created a 3-day open challenge via the iOS app, and it clearly worked because I can see the waiting challenge in my list of current games on my Home page.

Is anyone able to create a challenge via either app that doesn't show up on their Home page?

So is the problem that open seeks aren't being properly auto-paired?...

I have had three games lost in the last couple of days. First my game freezes and the last piece jiggles and nothing can be moved  Then if I try to seek out a way to fix, the screen closes down. When I finally get back the game is still on but a notice states I abandoned the game and a win is given my opponent. It is a computer glitch from chess.com because the same situation happened to me a day ago on another newer computer.  Anyone else have this problem? It is so discouraging playing for an hour and as the game is heading into last moves this is when the problem usually begins.

Hi, I am having issues with creating daily challenges from my Android app. I keep getting max seeds exceeded. Not sure how to view my open requests that I have created and delete those since they are unaccepted. 

Also if I individually go to a persons profile am able to create a challenge. The issue is mainly in getting automatically paired with someone.
