Changing group photo

Greetings, i have created a group.  My problem is that the first photo is not the photo i want for the group, and i cannot change it.  I was wondering if anyone could give me some help or advice in what to do.  I have gone to my groups options and have updated the new settings with my new photo as the deafult, but its just not saving i guess. little help

it just now changed.  There is no need for an answer to this question.. guess i just had a wait a few minutes.

Try hitting the f5 key to refresh your cache.  If you saved the new photo right, it should change as soon as you hit f5.

My photo is inconsistant.  It goes back and forth between the new one i have loaded, and the first one i had changed... ive hit refreash, but that first one keeps poping up when i go to the actual page of the group

okay thanks.... and at first glance i thought you were a lakers fan... if thats a chess player ima gonna google him on yahoo and try to learn sumthin.
