changing theme and pieces

when i tries chhanging the theme it didn t work con the tabletas i justo baught. i couldnt ser the pieces. do i need to download something? thanks

I've seen the problem where things don't change very well. Try to move between a couple of different backgrounds and piece sets.

You do need internet connectivity when changing as it downloads the pieces sets and background when you change.

Are you running V2 or V3? Nore more theme changes are being allowed in V2.

He said on the tablet so I thought he meant the app. I've seen that exact issue on my tablet ... hard to pinpoint the cause.

I don't understand apps. I have the app on my ipod,but I usually log into the full cite.
