I have been trying to reach them to cancel my subscription and get the refund but no one is getting back to me.Unfortunately my son is not sure about the user id...he cannot even use it its soo frustrating.How am suppose to reach them.they charged 133 dollars from credit card and I cant even reach them.

The moral is do not put your credit card details into an online form UNLESS you are sure you will remember to cancel the subscription before it starts. Otherwise you get charged. Simple as that.
Luckily chess.com will cancel and refund you, but plenty of sites wont.
So dont do it.

I am trying to log in with that id but i cant.They sent me a link to activate a new account when I did it.But the new account seems like a free trial account with no subscription to cancel.
On an average how long support team takes to get back to the email.Its been 4 working days and no one got back to me .Is there any other way to reach them!!!

They normally reach out within 3 days. Check your spam folders, since sometimes the support replies get flagged.

Oh Thanks for clarifying it for me.It seems to be my diamond membership account.Thank goodness I found it.My kids had opened some free simultaneous accounts which kind of was so confusing.I appreciate your help so much!

I have the same problem. I also tried the trail and I forgot to cancel. I didn't want a membership for an entire year. Now I can't pay my rent as well.

I haven't applied for yearly subscription. I have been using free membership trail for the past one month. But suddenly on 22/05/2020 my free membership subscription got renewed and charged me 100$ without my knowledge. I want to cancel my subscription and I need those money back. It just happened without my knowledge. I kindly request you to help me overcome this and get my money back as i have to pay school for my son. Thank you.
