Same here. For many days. I personally work in software engineering and find this situation ridiculous. Allowing such a huge bug in basic functionality in production even for one day is impossible for a company providing services globally to millions of users. I have been a Diamond user for quite some time and actually wondering if it is worth expanding. This is not a first time I see this situation in chess.com while I do not remember lichess to provide me with such a surprise, while the second one is free.

Yeah I completely agree. It blows my mind that a paid site can have this bug up for so long. Analysis is so important for chess, if they don't fix it I'll probably move to Lichess.
Hopefully if enough people keep bumping this post and reporting the issue then they will fix it.

I submitted a ticket to chess.com a few days ago and a representative said the devs are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. Also asked for a forecast on the fix and haven't recieved a response back yet. Will update with any new information as I have it.

Great to hear they're working on it, but surprised it's taking so long!
Looking at the score graph then checking the lines in the analysis tool at key points was the main way I studied my games so not having it is really throwing off my study routine!

Staff don't normally privode an ETA on fixes. It could take a few days to a week or more, depending on the priority assigned to the bug and developer availability.

But it's surprising that it's taking too long, or I just don't understand, how something that was working before can't be resolved mainly because there have been no major changes to the site

I have some good news on this matter! Yesterday an employee I have been speaking to wrote the following message in response to my ETA inquiry.
"Pardon my delay in my response, I had the last couple days off but am back at my desk for the week!
It seems like the ticket as of today is in QA review, which could be the last step if all goes well. So it may be a couple more days before it rolls out, but hopefully sooner!"

Diamond membership $99/year. Basic functionality not working for 3 weeks and counting. Chess speaks for itself :-)
Hello everyone! For what reason do not ban cheaters? A cheater with a rating of 1400 and an accuracy of 89% played with me. After analyzing the batch, I had no doubt that it was a cheater. I filed a complaint against this player, but he was not banned, why does chess.com allow cheaters to play? Thanks for watching
The charts aren't working in the Analysis mode when analysing games after playing them. The toggle charts button isn't bring them up anymore, it's not doing anything. Is anyone else seeing this? Are there any suggestions for how to fix this?
