Charts not working

If you report an account and it doesn't get closed then one of three things are possible:

• They haven't looked at the report
• The report is inconclusive (accuracy in a single game is not proof and accuracy alone shouldn't be used for that purpose)
• The member is playing cleanly

They also close tens of thousands of accounts each month for fair play violations.

Also Diamond membership $99/year. Chart toggle still not working.

When will this be fixed?  It’s been 25 days since the original post.  I pay for membership because of the analysis tools, so why am I paying for membership if the analysis tools aren’t working?

It's unbeliveable that it's still not fixed after four weeks! You'd think if they broke basic functionality like this they'd just roll back the code that breaks it to an earlier version it until it's fixed so paying customers aren't missing key functionality!

I'm getting close to a 2000 rating, if I make it to that before it's fixed I'll probably cancel my subscription and switch to Lichess.

Its working agan for me, althoug it seems that every update we have less charts options

FINALLY fixed. Post before mine says we have less options. Would be cool if they brought the time spent graphic back, but aside from that I see nothing more missing.

Yeah the time spent its what i noted was missing, but before we had like 5 types of charts.  But honestly i barely used the time spent chart

Congrats. World-wide company has been fixing basic functionality for more than a month, and once they released a new version to prod, it comes with a WebGL bug. Use Chrome (not sure about other browsers), log out / log in and check it out. Either board is not displayed or animation artifacts do not let you play at all. There have been hundreds of reports of this defect in the last hour. Well done.

isn't time spent per move already there next to each move? why need a separate chart with the same info? 

Is the Toggle Charts in Analysis not working again for anyone else?

I tried two different Browsers, also tried resizing my screen, but nothing works.

You're right, the charts aren't working again! I noticed that too. Clicking the Toggle Charts button in Analysis doesn't work.

I find this very frustrating since looking at the chart while on the analysis screen is a key way to see what moves changed the eval bar most when analysing and looking at possible variations on the analysis tab. It's one of the features I use most! They might be trying to push people to use the Review tab which has a chart, but it's much less useful since it's not practical to analyse variations on the Review tab. (the review tab seems more aimed at giving beginners a walkthrough of their games)

Maybe if a lot of people reply to this chain the devs will fix this faster and not eliminate this functionality. So reply if you're experiencing this issue and want the Toggle Charts button functionality fixed to show the charts again in Analysis mode!

I'm like you and I hope they don't eliminate the Toggle Charts feature.

I submitted a bug report to see if the Development Team can bring back the Toggle Charts feature.

One of my biggest weak points is poor time management skills. I often spend too much time on insignificant moves and too little time on critical moves.

I use the difference in time taken per move in the Toggle Charts in Game Analysis to quickly find and examine my moves looking for ways to better manage my game time.

The Game Review move explanation feature doesn't really help me much with improving my time management skills. It only offers the occasional comment that I took my time to find a critical move in a game.
