Chat is allwais disabled for user Albromsal (friend of mine) and we can't find where to enable it.

From web page chat works, but not in android.

In my phone Albromsal can't chat, but I can do it.

Albromsal can't chat with nobody.

What setting should I check?

What setting should I check?

HOME -> ACCOUNT -> LIVE CHESS SETTINGS -> NEVER CHAT (checking the box disables chat, unchecking it enables chat)

If that doesn't work, then you might have to ask a staff member to help out.

In another topic it was mentioned that the inability to chat can also be due to the account not being verified. They may need to check their email for the verification link to get it working.

Can I have a new verificatión link?

I don't find where to ask for it.

Your account has to be open for at least 48 hours.

Bingo.  It's a failure on their part to disclose the 48 hour rule.  Even if you try to look it up it has no mention of it.  The 2 criteria listed are:
1.) Activate account
2.) Play 10 games

See link below.

https://support.chess.com/article/274-why-cant-i-chat-or-post-in-forums

Why can't I chat or post in forums?
There are a few reasons why you may not be able to chat, depending on how old your account is.

New accounts
Activate your account
Accounts that have not been activated won’t be able to chat, or post in the forums! To activate your account, you must click the link in the activation email that was sent to you when you created the account! It will be sent to the email you used to sign up.

Please check your spam folder if you have not received this email!

Play some games
Chat will be disabled until you've played 10 games. This is to prevent people who will create accounts simply to post ad links or harass others. We want to make sure you're here to play chess! After you've played 10 games of any kind, chat will be unlocked.

I can chat here but I can’t chat during a match, it is written to me in the chat (Chat disabled). Does anyone knows how to solve this?

Your account needs to be 48 hours old to chat in live.

What is the meaning of PKMKB and CKMKB in chess?

I hope the Chess.com team adds the 48hr requirement to the documentation to prevent further frustration/confusion.
