Chat is Disabled And I Have No Idea Why

Yesterday I created this account, eager to play Chess on here and against some friends. But for some reason, on the desktop website, my chat is still disabled despite me verifying my email immediately after I created my account. I've played more than enough games to qualify for the privilege to be able to utilize the chat, and I doubt that I'm muted because I haven't been able to chat at all. I checked my settings to make sure that there was nothing there prohibiting me from being able to chat, but everything there was enabled that would allow me to chat.

I honestly don't know why I'm still not able to chat, could I potentially get some help as to what would cause this and how I could get this resolved?
