What where u doing playing vs a 500 player below u, just thinking about the points, getting free points, if u dont want to lose then dont play, cuz playing vs ppl with 500 elo points less is just stupid.
Besides 1 minute is just not enough time to cheat in a 25 move game.

Hello, I would like to ask something: if a game finishes in 19 moves, and out of the 19 moves 11 is in accordance with Stockfish2 engine (the player's rating is 1200 something), do you think he probably used an engine, or it is only a mere coincidence? Thank you.

Msot probably a "coincidence".
The long-term engine-match rate is high even for 1200 players is around 50%. So 11/19 is not at all impressive. And even if it was 19/19, it's a very small sample to conclude anything...

You won't get your points back, even if your opponent is banned. You should follow baddogno's instruction for submitting a ticket and removing your opponent's name from this forum before you do get booted for naming and shaming in a public forum.

You said its not possible to cheating in just one minute in a 25 moves game but yes he cheated : Kasparov himself cannot play so well in just one minute in this variation of the sicilian... Today 2 other players around 1500 played with a computer (all the first moves)...
The team needs to make something, and this is not ban or boot me, but clearly ban or boot cheaters...
I'm a premium members, don't forget. I paid my subscription for don't play against cheaters ;)

They never give points back. And submit a support ticket rather than naming and shaming
it really seems stupid to constantly play against people who are rated 500 points below your own rating....
-edit- wow... upon checking out your recent live standard games it seems you have not played a single game with anyone who has a similar or higher rating than yourself. infact you seem to prefere playing with people up to 700 points lower than yourself. that's pretty sad.
They have a policy not to give points back. There are very good reasons for this policy. If you are an active player you probably will win those points back in a short time.
They also have a policy re naming and shaming and there are also good reasons for this policy.
It is not a scandal that you are not given your points back. It is called "In life, sometimes you have to take your lumps"
