Chess.com and DGT Board

Hi,

I've been seraching the forum and it is still not clear to me if I can play on Chess.com using a DGT Board. 

Apparently there is the option:

But the board doesn´t seem to be detected:

although I'm also using Frtiz and the Rabbitt Plugin and the board is detected with no problems.

Si I have 2 questions:

- Can I play on Chess.com with a DGT Board, and if not, what's the option above for?

- Any ideas why Chess.com doesn't recognize my board while Fritz does?

How is it going? Is your eboard work yet?.

Im just testing my usb eboard and its works. But with 1 problem and other minor issues.

I cannot promote my pawn. When I move a7 to a8 and lift up the pawn and put 2nd queen, nothing happend on the screen. Anyone else have the same problem? Am I doing something wrong?

Iam using the laptop to promote.

Also when i move the pieces, dragging is not recommended. for example e2 to e4. sometime its registered moving to e3. So lift and put is the best way. 

Greetings and good evening, please who of those who is here plays at ICC with DGT E-Board ??? and green boxes appear and the pieces disappear or the board is disconnected ????. Thanks for looking for a solution to this.

I have had a serial DGT board and a usb model. BOTH suffered from constant problems associated with trying to play games online. The issues relate to poor firmware and in 2020 I do not believe that the cost of the board is justified.

@Speedblade52  -  On one particular site it works absolutely fine.  I have been playing online chess with a DGT board for over 20 years, with no issues at all!

Yes, no problems playing with DGT board on Lichess.
