Chess.com awards aren't working properly

I've recently tried getting more awards as it seems like a fun feature. Unfortunately it seems many of the awards are glitched. For example the "chess.com supporter" award doesn't seem to be working too well. I've seen other people struggling with glitched chess awards too. If anyone has an explanation please let me know.

You can only get the Supporter award once you have successfully paid for your own membership. It doesn't awafd while on a trial or if the membership was gifted.

Another question I have is what do I do if the awards for the different chess variants aren't working such as "Play 1 game of crazy house".

Those achievements are broken and only historically worked on variants on the main Play server, other than 960.

Most of the variants are being migrated to the variants server, and removed from Play, but I haven't heard if there achievements will be updated for that. I know there's going to be work around something similar, but I don't know if those will be fixed or removed completely.
