I don't see a premium icon on your account.

Did you forget to cancel your 7 day trial premium membership?

Do you have more than one account?

last year ..we took for one year plan and they changed this year as well , with out my notice.

All those plan automatically renew unless you cancel.

Good afternoon, a subscription payment was made from my card in the amount of $ 99 without my consent, how can I return the money to the card? And cancel your subscription? Wrote in support is useless. Not who does not answer. What to do how to solve? This money was transferred to my card by mistake and the auto payment system removed it from my account, now my card has a debt of $ 99. How can I return other people's funds back to my card?

You didn't sign up for the free trial? You agreed to pay the $99 if you didn't cancel within seven days.

You have to wait for support to fix it. They will get to it.

Nobody here can do anything.

What exactly did you take that $200 for? I just got onto your site last week ! what does it cover?
