I want to change my email address. I know how to do that, but the confirmation email Chess.com promises to send me does not arrive at the new email address. I've tried that dozens of times. I contacted the company (Proton) that issues the new email address and they say the confirmation email from chess.com has never arrived on their servers.
The support department chatbot has no idea how to respond to this situation. And human support is no longer available on chess.com.
