I am facing a serious issue on Chess.com. My time is getting reduced unfairly in bullet and blitz. Even when I move instantly or use premoves, the timer drops like I am lagging, but my internet is fine. Because of this, I am losing games for no reason.
This is mentally destroying my confidence and my gameplay. It feels like the system is cheating me by taking my time. I want Chess.com to fix this problem instead of ignoring it. Many players are losing because of this issue, and it needs to be addressed immediately.
