I agree. If you're playing chess on chess.com all day long at work, can that really be considered working? Fix it, contact the supervisor.

It's a known issue for a subset of members. Try using https://www.chess.com/live for live games until the problem is resolved.

I am unable to play any game because I can't see the chess board

Do you have any add-ons or plugins? It's possible they're blocking scripts or resources.

I’m playing on an iPhone 7 with iOS 15.7.7. I’m a gold member and I’ve tried using three different browsers; DDG, edge & safari. All produce the same error. When I select a bot to play, the board will load then immediately recycle back to the “pick a bot” screen. This has been happening intermittently for about a month and consistently (as in I haven’t played a game) for a week. Please help😢
