You have to send an email to support. This forum may or may not be read by anyone who can help you. Most of the responses here come from fellow members with too much time on their hands. I do know that debit cards don't work. I believe there was a problem with the paypal system in India as well, but don't quote me on that. I am confident that Billing will eventually find a solution for you though. Let me go run around the site and find you the link to Support....
Chess.com keeps cancelling my attempts to avail Trial/Upgrade

I, finally, made up my mind to get a premium membership with Chess.com, and decided to avail the 7-Day Trial first.
On Sat, 11 April, at around 1000 UTC, I tried with my Debit Card (MasterCard) but that wouldn't work. The site kept requesting me to fill the correct details. I did fill the correct details, and I use that card all the time for online shopping, so it works perfectly.
Anyway, I though it was a problem with my card, so I made a PayPal account and tried again 12 hours later (around 2200 UTC). After putting in all the PINs and passwords, I got redirected to the chess.com site saying my request for upgrade was cancelled. I received an email, too, stating that chess.com cancelled my request for upgrade. I tried this around 3 times with Debit Card (MasterCard) and 3 times with PayPal. No luck. Chess.com just keeps rejecting me.
Can you please help? My entire country is in quarantine and I have nothing to do. Would like to start the lessons on this site immediately.

Does your card support recurring subscriptions?
Some types of cards do not, so it is possible that is why the purchase was denied.
