a note I forgot to put on here, I checked using the function my device has that lets you check the memory usage of other tabs while eon another tab and hovering over the chess tab.
its possible that chess.com could be using even more memory while I have it selected.
I appar to have a large amount of lag on chess.com
while on this website, I've found that my device's speed will slow at an extreme rate. this causes me to lose time on some matches and other times it will abort at the start of a match because the lag prevented me from making a move on time. I have gotten warnings multiple times from the system because of this, even though it is out of my control.
I decided to do a check while playing against a computer opponent and found that chess.com would take anywhere from 1-2 gigabytes of memory while open, which my device cannot handle.
does anyone know the cause of this or any solution to it?
