Chess.com Lesson Issue

Hey there,

I've recently encountered my daily lesson accessibility issue for free account users. I've taken a couple of puzzles and then wanted to go straight to lesson training, however it was really unfortunate that they had denied me from accessing it right away.

Can anyone check this issue forum and resolve it for me (whether or not daily lessons and puzzles can be taken simultaneously on the same day) as soon as possible?

The offer had a specific end date. It was during the Spring, not all Spring 🤔

You should be able to do both, but as far as I'm aware, it's one lesson per week on basic.

They should tell you that then. This wasn't the banner I saw, but it had the same effect. It didn't say it ended on Friday. It looked like the picture below.

It said limited time.

For me, it's been always a free account, cannot prefer premium for no reason, to be honest. (despite the fact I just discovered being 50% off spring sale as a limited time offer, LOL!)

Yes, normal people see spring as a limited time before summer. They don't divide seasons into halves to have 8 mini-seasons. Vivaldi wrote The Four Seasons, not The Eight Half Seasons.
