Chess.com Made My Tab Crash

I was playing a match on Chess.com when my tab randomly froze and crashed. When I reloaded, the game incorrectly marked that I abandoned the game even though I had only spent a couple minutes waiting for the page to reload. How do I get a refund for my lost ELO?

If there's no remedy for this, then I have to say that Chess.com really does a poor job disincentivizing Fair Play violations.

And before anyone writes an ill-informed comment about how my tab must've just run out of memory and crashed, all of my other tabs were working fine, and Chess.com shouldn't eat up so much RAM that it literally causes me to lose a game due to no fault of my own. Bot support is also a dead end because Chessica is useless.

The site crashed AGAIN.

The site does not generally refund lost points for connection, device, or browser related issues.

What browser and browser version are you using? Do you have any plug-ins or add-ons installed?

Regarding the time you have to reconnect to a game, it depends on the time control, where you are in the game, and if you're in a losing position during the disconnect.
