Chess.com menu disappears when I go to Live Chess

Hi, I'm using Google Chrome on Linux on two different computers, and this issue started happening to me a few days ago. Clearing the cache does not solve it. The issue is the same on two distinct computer setups: Fedora 23 + Chrome 54 and Fedora 20 + Chrome 51. Using the Chrome inspection tool (Ctrl+Shift+i) I can see this one javascript error:

But I don't know whether this is related to the issue, or something inocuous that was already there before the menu issue.

Yeah, another member has the same script error. Good chance something in the ad code got messed up. I have notified staff about it, in case they weren't aware.

 I see another item in the inspection (thanks for the tip!):

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://live.chess.com/cometd/. Response for preflight is invalid (redirect)

Has this been resolved.  I am running Windows 10 and  using Google Chrome but unable to locate how to start a new online game.  I’m having the same issue using my IPAD.

any instructions or help would be appreciated.

Same problem with opera, chrome and firefox...

It was ok few days ago.
