For no reason, MY GAME CRASHED, No explanation no nothing. And worse of all it counted as a loss and I loss elo even though it was fault.

yes ....the standard response to reporting issues on chess.com is 'its your connection issue '

If you ask your IT Support or Helpdesk, they will say the issue lies with Chess.com, not with the user.
