If you use the Bug Report tool on the Help menu, it will transmit info to the developers about what browser you were using and other info relevant to understanding what might have caused the error.
I’ve won 4 games in a row but received no points for the games I won can I get help please?

I am having the same issue too, but it's even worse. The board colors and the piece style are switched to default when I have them set to "blue" and "club":

That does work, but my board is still all messed up! I always use a blue board and club pieces, but this error sets the board to green and the pieces to neon.

After you load a position/PGN, click on the "Theme" tab to change the board and pieces.
