Free trial went off (idek how) and took £109.99 out my account on the 20th, found out on the 24th, sent an email and completed a refund form and nothing. For 5 days, with a LOT of money from me.
I suspect that Monday the 25th being Christmas might have something to do with it. It seems possible that there were a few extra support requests over last weekend that might have slowed things down a bit.
I encourage you to have a little patience. I have been a member for a long time and everyone entitled to a refund always gets it.
I am a little confused because it looks like you have been a diamond member previously. (It says since last March.)
I don't believe that previous premium members are entitled to get another free preview. (If they are, it would be nice if they would let the moderators know...)
I am not saying that I think that they will keep all of your money. I just think that something like that might have required a little extra time.
/ While you are waiting, why not take advantage of the things premium members get like Puzzle Rush?
