Chess.com refund been waiting 4 weeks… PLEASE HELP

I need some help for a chess.com rep or admin. I sent an email December 28th about wanting to be refunded for my chess.com membership. I got charged the most expensive $130 yearly diamond after a free trial which was out of my budget. I asked for a refund the day it happened and received an email back exactly a week later on the 4th. The email just asked me if I was sure I wanted a refund and that a lot of emails have come through. I replied the same day and have now been waiting two weeks as of this post the on the 18th. Would love some closure on the situation and didn’t know where else to go other than the chess.com forms.
