Hi Chess.com. How do I cancel the autorenew of my subscription? Because I want to continue with my subscription, But I don’t want to be billed next Year. How can I do it? Can you do it for me?

Yes, But it says that I will loose accés to the Premium features. It says that I will have limited accés to Premium features.

• Your membership will still be active. This will only cancel the renewal. You will not lose the time you have already paid for. Once your membership ends, you'll have to resubscribe, or continue with a Basic account. 

Can you promise me that the subscription will not end?

Yes. You will not lose access until your current subscription period ends.
