Chess.com , why did u bill me ?

I got billed 107 dollars from chess.com   after signing up for a free trial .   This is not , right i dont have alot of money and this has hurt me .  i contacted my bank and will have them deal with you .  Chess.com  return the money and make this right,   do it asap .  this is not a game

Looks like you've been a premium member for over a year.  Perhaps the charge was from an auto-renewal?  I suggest you reach out directly to the support staff if you need more information, want to cancel, or fix any issues.

i have not been a member for a year , just got the free trial .  Lago , why are you even talking ?   They have no phone number to reach them .   

I want them to read it and other people to know that they will charge u before the free trial ends ,  not the per month  but a whole year , .  I only want to hear from chess.com the rest of you keep walking.

If you dont want to be charged ...dont give them your credit card. Its not rocket science you klutz

There are multiple posts every day moaning that they got charged.

Speak to accounts. You find the email at the bottom of the page.

Dont want to be charged...then don't sign up for repeat billing and don't give your credit card number.

The purchase date of a membership sticks around so if you let it lapse and later get it again, the original date is shown.

That happened to me as well, chess.com sometimes keeps the membership without billing money.
