Chess.com is not very reliable when it comes to such things, which is why we are using a half done, incredibly buggy and frankly barely usable version of the site called v3.
Chess iOS constant & systematic Crash

Same thing happens on all my devices (iPad Pro, iPhone7, iPhoneX which I bought yesterday)
Every time I play a game one of these outcome will follow:
1- If I am winning and my opponent quits by disconnection, the app freezes.
2- If I win, all square, the app freezes.
3- Worse of them all is the fact the the game just randomly freezes on its own, because it makes you lose a lot on your rating over short period.
The only remedy I found so far was to quit the app, then relaunch it instantly to try to make it back in the game before I get disqualified... the point is, it works once out of 4 or 5 times.
Now even worse, my iPhoneX won’t even let me play at all because as soon as the screen is touched, the app freezes. The phone is literally a day old, has a new firmware, and I downloaded the latest update of chess.com app yesterday already.
I’ve been a member for years now, I’ve seen almost nothing of that kind before... It’s a bummer really!
IS THERE A THREAD WHERE WE CAN LITERALLY BEG YOU GUYS?
2 weeks is a long time... specially when chess is so important to oneself. I’m sure everybody here understands!
