Chess Mentor Issues

Sorry if there is a fix to the dreaded AJAX parsing error bug after completing the first Chess Mentor exercise, but after searching the forums and trying different things mentioned in all of the posts, I am still getting the error once I complete the first exercise when I am logged in.  I have tried this on 2 seperate computers and various browsers listed below and manually reinstalled the latest flash player.

Computer 1
Mac OSX 10.7.4
Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox all attempted with same outcome

Computer 2
Windows 7 latest Service pack and all updates
Safari, Chrome, IE all attempted.

Any help would be appreciated, I really would like to upgrade my account, but I still would like to test it out first.
