chess on your cell phone

I downloaded the app. chess.com mobile chess on a samsung T-639 cell phone with T Mobile and when i try to log in it says connecting and seems to lock up and you cant type any info. anybody know anything about this app. and how to fix it?

While it says connecting, does the 3 dots roll?

No they don't

This is the same prob I have on my BB Curve on T-mobile in the UK. Eric's recommendation was to uninstall then reinstall a few times to see if it works, but this hasn't worked for me so far.

When the mobile app seems to lock up it is waiting for you to allow the connection to chess.com. If you cannot see these prompts on the screen try pressing the left menu key ( or whatever key that usually corresponds to 'yes' ) a couple of times. After that try to restart the app. 

The new version 1.1 of the mobile app might solve these issues. There has been some improvements on the login screen.

I can't submit a move. It says that I have to refresh.

Also, I'd like to know if I am allowed to make 3 moves per game.

Can someone answer that?

When it says you have to refresh it because you already submitted a move. If you are not a premium member you are allowed to make 3 moves in total on a rolling 24 hours basis.
