Chess.com Customer Support Awful!

Hi, this is now my 5th time attempting to get help!

First attempted to fix my issues with a message with support. No one ever got back to me. 

Now trying here. I signed up for the trial period and later decided not to do it. Was still charged and now no way to get a refund or getting ANY help from your support.

I want you guys to fix this now.

Support are normally pretty good with billing issues: how long ago did you contact them? And was that using the page at https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new?

One person Jaclyn replied and forgot about me.

I am currently experiences a similar issue, i enjoy this site and it's services but you charged my account nearly a month after my experiation and i do not want the renewal to happen at this time, I have sent 3 or 4 messages over the last 4 days.  I am looking to be refunded and will in the future renew a membership when it becomes a more appropriate time based on my finances
