#1 you have to wait, especially if your WiFi is weak, because it needs to review all your games.

Also, I assume it has to collect the data before it can provide them for me but there was no indication that this was occurring. It just loaded saying I had 4 games played.

@fetoxo I don’t use WiFi. I use Ethernet. My pc is pretty decent. i9-11900k rtx 3080

#4 run a speedtest. And also, leave chess.com open for a few minutes. That should do it. If not, contact support (and have the patience to chat with Chessica AI before to contact actual human support!)

It can take up to 24 hours after getting Diamond for Insights to generate. If you don't see the data by then, post again
I was under the impression that "insights" would give you information on all of your games within a selected range, IU paid for a membership just to see what openings I am winning with and which ones I am losing with but when I select all blitz games past 90 days, it only shows 4 games played when I have played many, many more than that. Does insights not work for the average player? is it only there for the titled players?
