Yep, that is fair.
I haven't seen one person post that they used the bug reporting tool for this.
If there were 50 bugs posted that way, they would notice.

Because they want to encourage others to post about it too.
If enough people post, one of the developers might take the time to let people know they were aware of the problem and how soon they expect to fix it.
The same thing happened to me yesterday I won three games and only got one point for each win

Timestamp on your game seems to be from like 9 hours ago, is that correct? It's been fixed since you played your last game

Yes, I should have ended at 1493!! Even though its bullet, 60 points is a lot, I have to win may be some 8 games in a row to get it back, and if it was blitz then what would you have done? May be close your acc in anger?
