It sounds like you are going to the livestream website. If you want to watch the chess.com videos you have to go to chess.com/tv.

ljschess is right, you cannot view it from live stream because chess.com has made it private and so viewable from chess.com/tv only.
When I get the page it says:
"The channel owner has prohibited viewing from this webpage"
