You can't request a refund for someone else. Your friend will need to do it. The apps have a support option too.
THIS BOT is as stupid as it is helpless. In my deepest honest oppinion I have never seen anything so terrible.
And it keeps dodging the question and somehow directing me to the same exact page then rudely ending the conversation
Chessica’s success rate in helping me is close to 0. Actually, there’s been one time where I’ve asked it a question, and it gave me a certain answer that felt a bit off. So I talked to human support anyway, and they gave me the opposite answer. So, Chessica was trying to tell me something that is not only wrong, but was the opposite of the actual answer. Thankfully, the answer I got from the official human was the one I was hoping for, but the fact that Chessica gave me an answer that is the exact opposite of the truth is very disappointing on Chessica’s part.

Agree, but from my own experience of using the support bot answers like that are normal for it

It's not useless. It just takes persistence and a little strategy to reach an agent. If you had a problem with your subscription renewal, for example, there is no point in posting a paragraph length rant. You will have much better results if you just posted something like "subscription" and then maybe "billing" and then after you look at the list of answers they come up with, you post "something else".
I am guessing that you attempted to contact Support to fix your Puzzle Rush survival high scores or to complain about the change in the leaderboards. I would guess that is not something that they (Support) could directly fix but they might be able to pass along to the developers. Did you try using the Bug Report Tool? You can take a screenshot of what you think is inaccurate and it will go directly to the developers. I don't know what kind of volume they get but I have seen them reply in the past where people have posted things that are clearly wrong,
