Clock Lag destroying my rating, not opponents

I’ve noticed lately, that I receive a noticeable time lag of about 8 to 10 seconds when making, what I think is a fast move. Hence my opponent’s clock seems normal and I’ve been winning the game by points,but they beat me  because my clock runs out. This is unfair and I hope this is resolved soon. I paid for a membership and feel like I’m being cheated out of the enjoyment of playing chess on your site.

Same here. I move pretty quick yet my clock is down to one minute when my opponent still has 6 minutes left during 10 minute games. Frustrating and unfair.

Hi same here in bullet party 1min sometime while I have time and my opponent have no time the clonk add him 10s and removed some to me very unfair

I doubt than 10s of lag is a connexion prob, server overload?

That sound most like a connection issue between you and the site.

Agree with you all, I move my piece and it's a 2-3 sec lag time. For example I have 12 sec remaining and opponent 5 sec, I move they move and game over for me. I go to review moves and times. I get dedected 2 seconds to their 0.5 seconds. It is not fair and takes away from the game.

Its just a gimmick so we buy their monthly subscription 🙈

Lag isn't a membership enticement. The only difference premium gives on connectivity for having premium is no ads.
