I accidentally closed my account. I opened two tickets asking to reactivate it to the support center but I haven't received any answer, what else can I do? My old diamond account is valid 'til 20 of august.

This is the same problem as yours. Romaipart71 accidentaly closed his account. He wrote twice to the chess.com, but no answer. This is not very fair, he is also premium member, so he has paid for this page!! Undecided

I can still see his account so it doesn't appear to be closes ... possibly something else. If so, only he can find out what is really going on by contacting support.
