Closed an account by accident - HELP NEEDED

Hi all,

I am very frustrated with chess.com and their automatic renewal of premium memberships.

I tried forever to cancel my diamond premuim subscription to chess.com on another account and even when I did, nothing happned. Then, I by mistake closed the account.

Did this also in turn refund the premium membership on the account, it just renewed for a year about ten days ago?

I was not sure about this, so I decided to try to get the account back because I closed it by mistake, but I could find No way at all to do this.

Could somebody please help me?

I think you may have already opened a ticket,  based on your comment in the other topic but if you didn't,  you should do so.
