Club Management Problem (Not finding all the players(?) that are in the club

Hey, I'm seeing issues with the Jackalope USCF Club I run's member page and am not sure what all's going on, but while going thru memberships coming up to be xp'd, I found at least 2 folks still listed on their pages as being in the club, but I was unable to find them in the member search for the club to message or remove them regardless of how I searched it. Is there a site wide issue atm or is there another way to remove/see everyone that's in a club? Is showing that a player is been found when i put their name into the search but isn't showing the player then in the list and just says 1 player found. Best/Thanks, Kevin

Are they still in the list so it can be checked? If so, can you provide the usernames?

Last month I didn't see any issues and won't be doing that again until Saturday morning to see if it happens in my similar process.

When I search the club, it says a player is found but then there's no drop down or player profile pic/options, so it's recognizing they're in there i think but not showing them. stilllearning36, rodakeep and rabbitgirl_561 are the ones i'm seeing still in there, but nothing when i search them/look for them in the lists on the club page.

Im seeing the same issue for two days now. I have a small club of 8 only see one of the profiles listed when you click the members button. It still registers that there are 8 members in the club.

I'm seeing the same on one of those members that's in the US Chess -- Members Only club. I'll report it to staff.

One option you can try is banning the member if the problem isn't fixed before your next event if their membership is expired. Not sure it will work, but it might.

There are quite a few problems with members in clubs...

It might be related but that it could just be the number of members in the club.

I'm suggesting that maybe might work but I would only do that in an more emergent situation such as abuse or the OP's issue where only members with current US Chess memberships can be in the club for rated events.

The problem would be that maybe ban would work but it may be impossible to unban until the problem is fixed.
