That doesn't sound like anything that Chess.com would send to you - forward it to support@chess.com and ask them to check it out for you.
Club membership banned email
Caedral, it was for group membership here in the US Chess group. Zyorron was sent a message about why he was removed from the group and he rejoined again (I think I removed him twice actually) so he was banned until the authentication form for the group is filled out and successfully verified by USCF staff.
I have additionally sent another message about the issue, just before seeing this topic.
I got an email from chess.com that stated "Your club membership to USChess has been banned".
What does this even mean? The email doesn't provide any reason for this so-called banning. And, as far as I can tell, I have normal use of Chess.com (I mostly play against the AI, rarely do I play humans).
If a Moderator reads this, would you please let me know what is happening?
