For some reason the color looks weird. The chess pieces have a sort of white outline and dont look anything like they used to. I noticed that it wasn't just the pieces, the bots themselves have white hair instead of any of their natural colors in the profiles. I really want to turn it back to what it was, please help!!!
Are you on Opera? If so you need to disable its darkmode setting; it conflicts with the the site.

It's a browser issue, not a site one.
Turn off Force Dark Pages for the site in your browser settings.
yeah I turned off the dark mode on google but it still didn't affect the chess.com settings. I even installed the app but the weird affect still hasn't changed.

You might try clearing your browser cache. Also, a plug-in/add-on could be causing conflicts. You might try looking at the site in incognito mode.
Even puzzles rating and chess960 rating ext is grey on the app for me for whatever reason.
When I try to send a friend challenge,the white logo is invisible and black is translucent.
