Hello I'm writing from alt account, since my previous one was compromised. My email and password was changed from my previous one. I've already sent a ticket to support. Although I have 2 questions. My nickname was changed though (piotrchess)
1) How does it take to receive answer from a chess.com support?
2) Has anyone encountered such situation before?
