Compte fermé, pourquoi ?

le compte de mon fils a été fermé sans avertissement.
Il ne comprend pas pourquoi, il n'a pas reçu de mail d'information.
Comment peut-il avoir de l'aide par des modérateurs/médiateurs de chess.com pour comprendre la raison et le faire réactiver si la fermeture a été réalisée par erreur ?

My son's account was closed without warning.
He doesn't understand why; he hasn't received an email informing him.
How can he get help from chess.com moderators/mediators to understand the reason and have it reactivated if it was closed in error?

If you look at the profile it will give a general reason along with a link to an article explaining that type of closure.

To find out more Support will need to be contacted directly using the option in the menu
