I recently had the chess.com computer analyze my game and it generated a score: 19.95. What does this mean and how does the computer calulate it?

It means your positon is so good so it is 19.95 points Worth. I dont now how a computer calculate it.

19.95 "points" means that it takes 19.95 pawns to compensate for the position.
