Computer will not analyze the move, hangs forever with three loading dots

This is happening to me again.  It doesn't always happen, but once it does, it seems to be "permanent," as in it will never analyze the move no matter how many times I click the Back/Forward arrows.  But possibly if I load the game back up tomorrow, it will work normally again.

How do you fix this?  And/or, what causes this to happen?  Surely it's a bug, but considering that it doesn't always happen, I imagine someone has figured out what causes it?

Basic members only get one full analysis a day.  Might be the problem...

My screenshot is "practice vs computer" though, not a post-game Game Analysis.  In practice vs computer, it normally always shows you inaccuracy/good/blunder etc, but you don't get any detailed info as premium gives

Here, Ive now used my free diamond Game Analysis for today, to show what I mean.  After that, I closed the Game Analysis, and instead opened up Practice vs Computer on a new game, and as you can see that it's back to analyzing moves again:

so what I'm showing here is that it seems the Practice vs Computer basic analysis is unrelated to whether or not I've used up my daily Diamond Game Analysis.  so what I'm trying to figure out is why is it that sometimes the Practice vs Computer analysis completely breaks and fails to report what a move was?

I'll be honest and admit I haven't a clue.  If we're lucky, maybe someone else does...

It's happening again.  I used the Practice screen after a game to analyze the game, I did this twice last night and it worked for both games.  Now today I'm trying again and I just see the three dots ". . ." and the move is never analyzed for me

Basically I would just like to know if this is from:
- some kind of legitimate bug/error in the site
- some kind of internal limit (maybe you can only use the Practice analysis twice per day, or some similar limit - and no it's not the same thing as the Diamond account free analysis)
- some kind of lag/traffic related thing where the computer stops analyzing if the service is too bogged down

Those are my only possible ideas...

To reiterate, here is the process:
1. Complete a game against someone
2. Go to the recap/analysis
3. Hit the right arrow (last move) button to scroll to the end of the game
4. Click "Practice vs computer" - the (finished) game should load vs the computer, and now you can scroll back to the beginning of the game and see the computer's basic analysis of the moves

However, as you can see, it's now not working anymore, as seems to happen randomly: https://i.imgur.com/nW7Ien6.png

Now, here's the ridiculous part.  If I open a brand new tab of Practice Vs Computer, along with my finished game against my real opponent, and if I then manually input every single move in the new Practice Vs Computer game, then it will analyze the moves, as you can see here:

Seriously... Why does it work this way but not the other way?  This doesn't make sense to me?
