connection issue

I lose 3-5seconds each time I go for a move because of a connection issue. (After I move my piece, the system behaves like it can't "process" the move and takes a couple of seconds to  actually register my move)However, when I hover over my connection status, it says the connection is excellent but somehow I still get a delay each time I go for a move and it causes me to lose so much time.


How do I fix this issue

Mine isn't so severe as 3-5 seconds. But it feels like .5s and in 1|1 it is very aggravating lose on time in clutch moments because the server doesn't register the move fast enough. If I was just better it wouldn't be an issue of course, but it still is frustrating to be nearly pre-moving and losing so much time.
