Connection Problem!

I have a problem of connection in live chess game page. When I play live chess, suddenly connection goes off in the game page and I get a message saying "connection interrupted. reconnecting". Well, the problem is connection wasnt goes off! I mean, I can connect facebook, google etc. at the same time. I can even connect chess.com main page! But the game page says "connection interrupted" at the same time. Why I cannot connect only that game page while I have already good connection?

The worst part of this problem is that you lose clock time during your chess games.  I have played dozens of 2/1 time control games, and many times, my opponent gets extra time and I lose time.  Often, I lose the game from this, despite the fact that I am moving my pieces almost instantly...without hardly thinking at all.  I have wondered if the 'premium members' get extra time or benefits of some kind, and my many questions to '/help' have gone unanswered.
