Connection unstable!

Dear Support, I have updated IE hoping that will resolve connection problems. When I go to game page and click Find Game, too often nothing happens and hangs; and then I will get a message saying 'successfully reconnected' each time so, I click again only to be met with same frustration. I Log off/On again to find I still can't access opponents for games. Also, often a game is aborted by server before it even loads on my page giving the bad impression I am stalling. I am a paying member and don't expect to have such difficulties to play a game. I frequently abandon and resort to another chess site which proves more stable. Any help with this will be much appreciated, I'd like to remain loyal but it's becoming time consuming. Thanks, HAL

I am amazed that people still use IE!

dreadzone, I had the same problem until I started using Google Chrome. It works perfectly for me on this site. Actually after I started using it here to play live chess, I don't like IE anymore. I now use Chrome exclusively.

Thanks a lot! I have now installed Chrome; and wow, What a difference! I had no idea it would be so much better. Many thanks from a very relieved and converted Chrome user :)
